Dr. Jean R. Charlot

Dr. Charlot is board certified in Pediatrics , Urgent Care and Pain Management. Dr. Charlot practiced Emergency and Family Medicine in several locations in both Kentucky and illinois for over 25 years. He gained valuable Emergency Medicine and Pediatric experience during his residency and internship at Columbia University/Harlem Hospital in New York City. After years of working in the hospital environment, Dr. Charlot decided to fulfill his long-term goal of opening his own practice. With his past experience in both pediatric and emergency medicine, an urgent care center was the obvious path for his practice. An urgent care setting allows him the ability to provide individual medical care and develop a relationship with his patients. Dr Charlot’s personal motto is “I am on the patient’s side.” Dr Charlot is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics. In his spare time, Dr Charlot enjoys reading American Medical Journals, French and American Literature, Biographies and watching TV.

Jacqueline Clerville, RN

Jacqueline Clerville has been a registered nurse for over 25 years. Jacqueline received her nursing education at Salus Infirmorum in Cadiz, Spain. After returning to the United States, Ms. Clerville worked in the emergency room, medical/surgical care, drug/alcohol detox and post surgical recovery in New York City. In 1985, she shifted her medical care from hospital based to home health. In 1992, Ms. Clerville moved to Florida and continued home care until 2001 when she returned to the hospital setting and accepted an HIV/AIDS research position at the University of Miami where she worked until 2007. At that point, Jacqueline was appointed the Office Manager at Plantation Urgent Care. In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys world travel and reading and watching TV.

Paul J. Cumello, MMS, PA-C

Paul completed his undergraduate education at Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. After working in the business world for 10 years, he decided to fulfill his lifelong desire to enter the medical field. Paul received his Physician Assistant education at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. There, he earned his degree of Master of Medical Science. While attending graduate school, Paul took part in a medical mission to Guatemala. While in Guatemala, Paul delivered a baby boy. The mother of the child named her son Pablo--after Paul-- to thank him for his assistance. Paul continues to keep in touch with and send clothes and toys to Pablo and his mother. Paul’s medical experience consists of several years in Emergency Medicine. Paul has worked in local Emergency departments at both Parkway Regional Medical Center in N. Miami Beach and Hollywood Medical Center in Hollywood. Paul is board certified by NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants), is a fellow in the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA). He presently serves as the North/Central Broward County area representative for FAPA and as a preceptor for Nova Southeastern University Physician Assistant students. In his spare time, Paul enjoys traveling, golf and reading.
